- MONDAY: Monday Night Jam Session
Time: 7PM
Price: $12 at the door
Come jam with us on Monday Nights! Whether you can dance or not, this 45-minute class is one you wouldn't want to miss. Unique, diverse, and lively, our Monday’s feature multiple dance hits, with hot and straightforward dance choreography. Shape up while partying!
- WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY: Hip-Hop Class
Time: 7PM
Price: $10 at the door
Learn choreography without suggestive movements or Music, rhythm, musicality, and coordination at our 60 minutes Tuesdays and Wednesday’s hip-hop classes. Students are challenged to think on their feet while enjoying an energetic and fast-paced dance class. Our Hip Hop dancers develop focus, strength, and agility while having fun.
- MONDAY- THURSDAY: Zumba® Class
Time: 6PM
Price: $10 at the door
This unique class is almost like a total workout session. Our instructors combine flexibility, balance, muscle conditioning, and cardio for this session. Each Zumba class, we mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called an exercise in disguise. Super effective? Super fun? Check and check.
- FRIDAY: Latin Dance Fusion
Time: 6PM
Price: $12 at the door
Our Latin Dance Fusion class is a unique dance class with flare. You’ll learn dances such as Cha-Cha, Samba, Merengue, Salsa, and Bachata. The class will start with a warm-up and an emphasis on authentic Latin motion. Followed by rhythmical fun combinations… great way to start any weekend!!
- FRIDAY: Dance Camp
Time: 8PM
Price: $12 at the door
Our 45 minute Dance Camp is another total dance workout. We are combining all elements of fitness, muscle conditioning, balance, cardio, and flexibility. You will increase lean body mass and burn up to 1,000 calories! Each session ends with 15 minutes of deep stretching.
Participants aged 7 and above are welcome!
